Instruction is offered in Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan and KWan Ying Do.

Kwan Ying Do means "way of the honorable masters". It is a form of Shaolin Kung Fu emphasizing traditional Chinese Kung Fu training and health exercises. Yang Tai Chi Chuan is an internal form of martial art that is also an excellent health exercise.

Students can participate in the Kung Fu or Tai Chi exclusively, or they may choose to participate in both disciplines.

We do not require long-term contracts. The monthly dues are $65.00 ($60.00 Seniors) for the regular class sessions. This covers instruction in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, or both. You are only required to pay the $65.00 dues once a month while you are a member of the school.

Family rates are available. The first family member pays the regular fee of $65.00 per month; each additional family member pays $50.00 per month (private lessons excluded).

Private one on one instruction is available for a cost of $150.00 per month. This covers four on-hour sessions per month. Our "Little Leopards" children's program is for ages 5-9. The cost is $60.00 per month. These classes are 45 minutes in length.

Uniforms are available, but not required for Tai Chi. Kung Fu students are required to have the forma Gi (uniform). Workout clothing should be comfortably loose and practical. Please bring a separate pair of shoes for class. Any type of low-cut soft-soled athletic shoe is fine.
